The Tuhey Law Firm represented Specialty Sales, Inc. in its acquisition by Eagle Tower Capital. Specialty Sales, Inc., a top distributor of hose, couplings, fittings, clamps, valves and related items, was acquired by Eagle Tower Capital, an investment firm. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
